Upcomming School of Movement Medicine Workshops

The outreaching healing effects of Movement Medicine spreading further and further, and if you feel inspired to be touched by this work, find a workshop that calls you to dance, embody and discover the offerings and blessings this meaningful work is bringing into the world in a time so full of challenge as well as opportunity. Our opportunity and responsibility for shift, for change and for new stories.

Be especially invited to join the Earth Dance, a fundraising all night dance ceremony to honour and praise this precious life on earth – either at the Rill Estate in the UK, or find an Earth Dance in or near your local Movement Medicine community.

20–22 May: Blossoming and Becoming, with Jo Hardy. Hamburg, Germany.
This workshop explores the process of becoming, and with that also explores our experience of not-knowing, our fears around becoming and expanding, and our gifts and potentials to bloom and blossom even more. Along with that we can also find, what it is that can support us in this process.

Exploring the great beauty and power of the heart. Dancing and moving with and from your own heart, identifying it as your personal guide, and learning about and dancing through your full emotional landscape.

3–5 June: Out of Ashes, with Rosie Perks. Totnes, UK.
Finding the celebration of Love in the depth of our grief when someone dear has passed on. This workshop gives space and invitation for the grief of loss to move and find embodiment in our dance, and the quest of what this grief holds and what it can teach.

With nature as our mirror, support, companion and teacher, we open ourselves to further visions along our path of self discovery, and of dreaming and envisioning manifestations of our purpose here, our offerings to life. This elective includes a vision quest to support our journey of finding or strengthening that which we wish to be and give.

When we are leaving behind the 'shoulds' and 'musts' of life, we may arrive at the beauty of being and allowing. There is the freedom of connection, with the elements, with each other, and with our heart, body and mind. And so we remember our right to exist, and to follow our inner impulse in movement and in listening and being.

22–24 July: Magic of Mandorla, with Caroline Carey. Glarisegg, Switzerland.
With preceding Move! Evening 21 July. We all know about opposites in life and in our personal journeys, it is part of a dualistic world we are living in. The Mandorla is the space where two circles overlap, where two seemingly opposing energies merging. It is also known to be the sacred space of our soul work where transformation is possible.

27 Aug–1 Sep: The Space Between Us, with Susannah and Ya'Acov, Waldhaus, Switzerland. An intensive two-module workshop for couples in a committed relationship.
This offering gives the opportunity to dance, play and learn with Susannah and Ya'Acov who have been walking together for nearly 30 years, and have found unique strengths, vulnerability and new beauty and freedom in relationship.
