Issue: September Newsletter
Deep Trust, Freedom and Upcoming Workshops

By Hanna Maria
Hello dear, dancing community! Here we are again after the summer break. Whether you are coming out of the summer months or the winter months, I hope that you are feeling connected to life around that is changing through the seasons, and to life inside yourself that also keeps moving. This is a wonderful newsletter. Yay! a podcast is awaiting you, a beautiful sharing of conscious farming, a contemplation of yin, yang and yun, an invitation to join the Conscious Dance Conference, and a few sentences of mine on trusting deeply and living freely.

For myself, the last few months have been full of positive change, of movement, of opening, of freeing, of letting go, and of a new level of deep, deep trust – in Life! Deep trust that the web of life, into which I am totally woven into, is moving me and everything else exactly in the right way, right direction and right pace, always. Surrendering to this incredible intelligence of life and energy moving (inside and outside myself), knowing that it always is perfect, somehow – in where it takes me, what it presents me with, what it inspires inside me, ... My inner ‘control freak’ (a sweet manifestation of love in a way) has received invitation after invitation from myself to just make itself some tea and relax on the couch and breathe, knowing there is nothing to control. And it’s been amazing … this deeper dropping into trust and the lived experience of being totally held and supported by life while adding my flow to it as impulse and response.

I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of this web of life, however challenging it may be right now, personally and collectively. Blessed for this exquisite experience of being spirit in body, a human being, learning, growing, disentangling, opening, freeing, and moving amongst and with all other life around me. Very grateful to be here. Very grateful to live in a time where I am fully supported and able to, bit by bit, shed self-limiting believes, or layers of unconsciousness, to be more and more, and more truly FREE.
