Issue: September Newsletter
Welcome! And Movement Medicine Workshops

By Hanna
Hello and welcome to this newsletter. Enjoy the stories presented here of the changing of gears, of new projects, of breaking addiction, about our ways of praying, about the new AP programme, and I added one on rainbows and thunderstorms. Also, you will find many workshops on offer. They seem to be getting more colourful and numerous each time I put them together for the newsletter! (Sometimes I wish I was living in Europe just for that! Enjoy! ;-)

29 & 30 September: The Wounded Healer and the Power of the Unbroken – a talk by Ya’Acov. London, UK.

5 October: Move! Rewilding with Mark Boylan. Budapest, Hungary.
Through movement we can rediscover our connection to the instinctive intelligence of the natural heart. This includes the capacity to be awake and alive to the present moment and to experience the richness of life. This is the wild within – an open landscape where passion for life can flow and our relationships are rooted in respect for our common humanity and our individuality.

57 October: Strength and Vulnerability with Mark Boylan. Budapest, Hungary.
Embracing our vulnerability is the basis for fluid strength. Knowing our strength allows us to accept our vulnerability. And so this workshop the participants are invited and guided to discover and move with both – strength and vulnerability, the one giving us the power to protect ourselves and what we love, the other one offering us the ongoing practice of letting go. Come and explore both through dance and embodiment.

With
Move! Evening on 12th October.
Seeing your own life energy as the gold of your soul, this workshop offers the space to reclaim more of that energy, to release old and stuck patterns and unhelpful energy that are covering that 'gold' and will leave you with resources to integrate this into your daily life. This workshop includes the powerful and transformative practice of the SEER process for soul retrieval and a dance ceremony for deep healing and spirit connection.

13 October: Wisdom of the Dancing Fool with Ben Yeger. Ein Shemer, Israel.
The Dancing Fool is one of the main archetypes in Movement Medicine. This workshop invites you to rediscover the parts in you that curious, light-hearted, humble, spacious and innocent. When we take ourselves and our viewpoint or distinct opinion or story too seriously, we can get trapped in the notions of ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ and are often unable to just live life, be in the moment and be enticed by whatever it brings. Here is a chance to uncover a light-hearted and non-attached sense of wonder and aliveness.
