Who said August is quiet?

As you are aware, we have undertaken a huge amount of work in 2021 around our email platform and sending protocols. In August we made further design changes to our email templates following recommendations from Paul Das at ProFundCom and our web designers due to impending iOS 15 email privacy changes.  We also had our quarterly data clean and update and received our final, Q2 Touchstone data.

We would like to feel that the work we have done this year is starting to pay dividends based on the email stats for August which, was a record beating month. As you will see, in August we delivered some 156,528 Bento’s with an average open rate of 15% and an average click through of just over 40%.

We will be making some further changes to our analytics going forward as a result of the impending iOS 15 Email Privacy changes and recommend you read this simple summary by ProFundCom which recommends changes that need to be made.

How to Adapt to the iOS 15 Email Privacy Changes

Derek's most recent article on Paraplanners and the Senior Managers Regime Certification has been really well received and also featured in Money Marketing. It's well worth a read if you missed it, especially if targeting Paraplanners is on your agenda!
