February 14: Bringing the Dance Back Home. Webinar, online.
The webinar offers you the music, space and guidance to discover and strengthen your personal dance practice at home (or wherever you are). Experience a led Movement Medicine session in your own living room, invite friends to join in, and feel connected as the wider Movement Medicine community is joining in. Its £35 for 10 webinars, plus the online access to all the past webinars.

February 15–19: Re-Creation with Ya'Acov. Oslow, Norway.
A great journey for the still 'early hours' of the year, takes the dancers into transformation of relationship, of past stories, and guide you into stronger, more sound empowerment within yourself and within that which matters to you on your path. This workshop includes a Dance Ceremony, the S.E.E.R Process (systemic essential energy retrieval) and an introduction of the archetypes present in Movement Medicine: the Dancing Warrior, the Wise Elder and the Fool.

February 16: Move! Evening, with Susannah, Lausanne, Switzerland.
This introductory event provides the oportunity to get into that body and just dance, express and move for one evening
. Letting the mind drop into the body, our inner dancer will lead the way to free and authentic movement, bringing your whole self into the dance.

March 3–5: 21 Gratitudes with Ya'Acov. Philadelphia, USA
Learning about the 21 Gateways of the Movement Medicine mandala, the dancer gets to immerse in this deep shamanic and healing work with its maps, tools and invitations to find out what the dancer brings, what needs releasing, and what parts can still shift and transform through the power of kind and loving illumination.

March 3–5: Being Human with Christian De Sousa. Hamburg, Germany.
With
Open Evening, March 3.
The delicious experience and expression of being human becomes a moving medicine as the dancer takes these various notions of being human into the dance – of being present, being in relationship, belonging to community and to a vast web of life and the universal energy of love. Any inquiries about the experience of being human is given over to the fluidity of body in motion and expression.

March 10–12: Spirit of the Dancing Heart with Rosie Perks and Ben Yeger. Dartington. UK.
This newly developed workshop invites the dancer to meet deeply with the landscapes of the heart. We dance with grief and inner conflict, finding the gems these emotions and experiences offer, moving towards transformation and healing of old heart wounds, and towards more freedom of the heart. All this of course, with deep acceptance of oneself, courage and personal authenticity.
