We’ve come up with two tempting choices to guarantee a memorable way of welcoming in 2013. Dine in the Restaurant with the gentle sounds of jazz piano and vocal duo, Nocturne, to provide accompaniment to your four-course meal. Or, if you prefer to turn up the tempo, choose the Great Hall for a four-course meal with the acclaimed Paul James Band, and vocalist Josh McLean. Featuring the music of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Bobby Darin, as well as modern day crooners such as Jamie Cullum and Michael Bublé to get you onto the dance floor. Both evenings start with a Champagne reception. Tables can be booked between 7.00pm and 9.30pm.
