Panacea is unique in that we are the only support organisation (that is not linked to a distribution channel) who has our database cleaned against the FCA register. We are delighted to welcome on board Guardian 1821, a new protection provider and Legal & General in the retirement space, who went live on 3rd September. In addition, our very good and long standing relationship continues with M&G for another year along with our friends at Seneca. Both have confirmed their renewal for 20-18/19. Community Data update We have recently started working with Autus Data Services who are undertaking our data cleanse for us now. Touchstone are unable to offer this service. Our recent data cleanse has been completed and the partner site has now been updated to reflect this.
New look Solus mails We have just revamped our solus mails and introduced a more eye-catching and appealing layout based on research that we had undertaken earlier in the year about what appeals most to advisers. You will see these coming through soon and we hope that you like them. Any feedback would be gratefully received!
